Seven Day Webs provides professional website design and development services with a guaranteed 7-day delivery timeline.

Our services include but are not limited to: website design, development, hosting setup, SSL certificate installation, and basic SEO optimisation.

All websites are delivered as agreed upon in the project scope and package selection.

Payment is required in two installments: 50% upfront to secure your project slot, and 50% upon completion before going live.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

We guarantee delivery of your website within 7 business days from project commencement.

Project commencement begins after receipt of the initial 50% payment and all required project materials.

Delays caused by client feedback, content provision, or approval processes may extend the timeline accordingly.

Clients must provide all necessary content, images, and materials within 24 hours of project commencement.

Timely feedback and approvals are required to maintain the 7-day delivery schedule.

Clients are responsible for ensuring all provided content is legally owned and appropriate for use.

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of their website design and content.

Seven Day Webs retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise requested.

All custom code and design elements become the property of the client upon project completion and full payment.

One year of hosting is included with all packages, including SSL certificate and basic security measures.

After the first year, clients may choose to continue hosting with us or transfer to their preferred hosting provider.

Basic support is provided for 30 days after launch. Extended maintenance plans are available separately.

Seven Day Webs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project in question.

We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Seven Day Webs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
